Chichen Itza : The package to go to Chichen Itza typically includes: a visit to the ruins themselves, a guide (who will speak Spanish, French, or English, so it's a good idea to speak one of thouse), a visit to a colonial town whose name I've forgotten, and to an enormous Cenote (or cave with freshwater) that amounts to the most awesome swimming pool I've ever been or had the pleasure of getting an ear infection.

The Apartment : We rented a condo on the northern side of the mall that is Playa Del Carmen. I highly recommend this kind of setup; two-bedrooms, two-baths, and it's definitely nicer than where I live at home. And oh yeah, a rooftop jacuzzi.

Beach Sunrises and Sunsets : These are various sunsets and sunrises. I did, in fact, wake up to see the sunrise once-- and it was spectacular.
